Lulu‘s approach to teaching yoga is a modern-day guidance of well-being. 
With several years of teaching experience and over 600hrs certified international training she interweaves ancient wisdom with her own insights and applies it to urban reality.

Paying love and attention to detail in her classes, where intuition is honored. Her creative flows help you to find the perfect balance between empowerment, awareness, strength, and softness.

As a Berlin-based psychologist, naturopath, yoga, and meditation teacher, Freddi has extensively studied various healing arts from diverse traditions and backgrounds. Her fascination with the profound interdependence between the body and mind has led her to combine all her knowledge and expertise to create a distinctive approach that restores harmony between the two. Freddi's work is centered on offering a unique experience that brings the body and mind back to a state of balance.
